A+ Family Medicine cares about community. Family medicine is not just about access to healthcare. It’s also about addressing social barriers to income, job security, food and housing and being able to bridge the gaps to access. Because that care and concern for the basic needs of our patients extends to our neighbors and community, we are teaming up with North Kent Connect and will be hosting a Food & Personal Care Drive to help support their services. The NKC Pantry accepts all food and personal care items but is currently in need of the following:

Cereal
Canned fruit
Body wash
Shampoo/conditioner
Laundry Detergent
Toilet Paper

The flu vaccine is currently available and being offered at all upcoming scheduled appointments.

We are also accepting walk-ins during the following business hours:

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 730am - 430pm
- Wednesday 800am - 430pm
