Hey Friends!
It looks like Wednesday will be another beautiful summer evening for our breathwork healing by Lake Bella Vista. Please join Ryan Dodger and Rebecca Rochelle for this freewill donation session of movement, connection with Mother Earth, healing touch, breathing in community--and maybe some laughs and tears. Every session is different, but it's always safe and beautiful. And, like all of our facilitators, Rebecca and Ryan are lovely "hollow bones" that are pure vessels of co-healing and co-creating. Breathe in the bliss; let go of the pain. Know that you are not alone on your journey.
You are welcome to stay afterward and enjoy the water and green area in whatever way you wish. All are welcome--regardless of experience or ability--and everything we do is an invitation, never an expectation. Please note that the site is accessed by a long, narrow path through the woods. If you may require accommodations or would like to learn more about our sessions, please email Michele: mlussky@shamamagroup.com. Registration required so that we can maintain a 1:5 facilitator ratio. Link below.
Be well and know that you are love/d!
Breathe in nature's bliss while blue herons swoop overhead, quaking aspens clack in the breeze, and the rabbits hop around our circle! Join us for Breathwork in a private park aside Lake Bella Vista. You are welcome to stay after and journal by the lake or cleanse your spirit in the water.
