The average man spends 67 minutes in the car per day. The slight tilt in your back from sitting on your wallet has been shown to put pressure on your sciatic nerve which causes lower back pain. So either spend more money to thin that wallet or take it out when you drive.

Imagine being someone who drives for a living…… and the damage this causes!

Ozzfest 2007.

I’d spent a few years working in the industry, as this was in the beginning of my career working backstage, with artists and tours…. and blessed with great people (and solid connections) to get me closer to the music industry. Ozzy’s mum was there as well, side stage for a short while. Their tour manager was super nice, but made sure we didn’t get any pics of his mum. Back then, Ozzy was also on a ton of medication (that was over done, made him a little loopy, and found later they over prescribed him … if you ever watched or followed that time of his life.) We had full access to everything. I also listened to Ozzy do vocal warm ups in the bathroom prior to the show.

We had a riser on stage that let us really see the crowd and performance. I remember Ozzy running back to high five all of us on front of the line, he almost face planted - tripping over all the cords on the ground. Luckily he didn’t!

I took this photo from the first 3 songs we were allowed to take them. This was 3rd Ozzfest I’ve ever attended, and 1st time backstage for it.

It was shows like this that changed my life and career, and opportunities until COVID shut the world down for a while (for working tours / shows for therapy)

So…. When I saw the last recording and live video of Ozzy performing “Mama, I’m coming home” - it was more than a bittersweet farewell. I’m so thankful to have had the chance to see both worlds. Rest in Peace, Prince of Darkness.

I may not be a model, however - the versatility of the for recovery and maintenance takes the guess work out of wrapping and testing injuries, whether needing to ice or heat! The sleeve is super flexible, maintains a proper ice temp for my healing ankle injury, to take down swelling, and holds itself in place. No more needing a towel or protective cover from ice packs. This sleeve fits my calve or knee, arm/elbow, and has the perfect amount of grip to continue the therapeutic recovery necessary for sports performance, and functional living! I am not paid or asked to make this post, also. I do not sell these products. Paul sent me a sleeve to check out his product because of my experience and expertise in health care, pre and post injury for athletes and every day people in my field. Of course - I truly wasn’t expecting to need to use this on myself! 👏👏 is one of the next top products for recovery in sports performance, and care with their design. Not to mention these things are stylish and can be worn DURING training. 🙌🏽

The thing about nutrition, and how you eat around your toddler, can make a huge difference on their eating habits. They sometimes like what they like, but healthy habits they will mimic and pick up. 🥗 I told her earlier what we will be eating for dinner, and/or made a few offers. Only thing missing is her side plate of avocado and cucumbers with salt. One of her favorite. Healthy Habits for Toddlers starts with you.

every day is not perfect with toddlers, sometimes obviously you just want them to eat something if they are being “picky“ but I always make sure my daughter has enough options, and I work on her, trying a bite, and sometimes that starts with making sure you’re eating similar foods
