At Nova we are able to see our patients quickly ⌚️, and have timely follow up, to avoid things like unnecessary Urgent Care or Emergency Room visits 🏩. The average heart failure 🫀 admission is $14,000. If we can prevent just one of these per year, imagine the individual savings, but also savings for employers 💲.

An effective primary care office visit can prevent an admission and save costs. But the real value is better care for our patients.

At Nova Direct Primary Care, our patients don't pay every time they see us. For a flat monthly rate we offer unlimited primary care services. For our insured patients, we offer wholesale medications, cash pay imaging and lab testing at 90-95% decreased prices so they don't get anywhere near their deductible in an average year.

For our uninsured patients we offer the same care, pricing, and access. You know your costs up front, so you don't have to worry about what insurance will cover or what it won't.
