Did you know you don’t need a prescription to start Class IV Laser Therapy?

Class IV laser therapy is a non-invasive treatment that helps reduce pain, decrease inflammation, and accelerate tissue healing. Patients can access laser therapy directly — without first seeing a physician.

Whether you’re managing:
• Acute or chronic pain
• Tendon or ligament injuries
• Muscle strains or joint irritation
• Arthritis or overuse conditions

Laser therapy can be an effective, time-efficient option to support recovery and improve function.

Our clinicians will evaluate if laser therapy is appropriate for your condition and integrate it safely into a personalized plan for you.

Less waiting. Faster relief. More control over your care.

Available at The Center’s Cascade, Hastings & Middleville locations. Contact us to learn if Class IV laser therapy is right for you.

Hear what patients are saying about our Downtown team:

"I was recommended to the Center for Physical Rehabilitation downtown location by my chiropractor after struggling with neck pain for a long time. I had a wonderful experience, especially for my first time doing PT. The vibe is friendly, conversational, and upbeat. Maya Leisinger is a kind, helpful and friendly therapist who pushed me to work hard and strengthen my neck and shoulder muscles. She really listens to her patients, gets to know them, and guides her treatment In a way that helps both in the center and at home. I’ve noticed a lot of improvement since working with Maya and I would happily recommend that anyone in need of physical therapy visit this location."

Monday is the last day of our Food Drive for Hand2Hand, and we are so grateful for the generosity of our communities. If you would like to donate, you still have time. See the information shared here about what items Hand2Hand is in most need of for the children and families they support.

We’re proud to support Hand2Hand this Holiday season, for our annual food and goods drive!

From Monday, November 17 through Monday, December 15, all of our West Michigan locations will be collecting non-perishable food items to help fill weekend food bags for local kids in need.

Hand2Hand’s mission is simple and powerful: ensuring West Michigan children don’t go hungry on the weekends. For many students, there are 68 hours between Friday lunch and Monday breakfast—and Hand2Hand steps in so kids have the fuel they need to learn, grow, and thrive.

Collection bins and flyers with a full donation list will be available at every clinic. If you’re able, we would love your support in helping our community’s kids. Together, we can make a meaningful difference—one backpack at a time.

Hear what patients are saying about our Byron Center location:

"If I could I would give this place 100 stars. They are the best. This is my second time coming here for recovery. First time was over 4yrs ago for plantar fascia and now for torn meniscus. I had an outstanding experience with my physical therapy program, and I want to recognize both Nick and Patrick for the important roles they played in my recovery. I had torn my meniscus and was unable to walk without pain. In the beginning, Nick set the foundation for my progress. He listened closely, understood what I was dealing with, and helped me feel confident that I was in the right place. His approach was supportive, knowledgeable, and motivating, which made it much easier to start the process. When Patrick took over for the remainder of my therapy, the transition was seamless. Patrick is incredibly caring, patient, and attentive. He always made sure I understood each exercise, why it mattered, and how it would help me move forward. His encouragement and genuine concern for my well-being kept me focused and positive throughout the next several months. Together, both Nick and Patrick helped me make real, meaningful progress. I always felt heard, respected, and cared for, and I’m truly grateful for the dedication they put into my recovery. I highly recommend this PT team to anyone looking for skilled, compassionate, and supportive care."

“I started PT at The Center for Physical Rehabilitation a month after I tore my meniscus. Wasn't very hopeful it would help. I worked with Megan who was patient and encouraged me to do the exercises to meet my goal of avoiding surgery. After a month of working out with Megan my mobility is vastly improved and I am so happy I gave it a try!”
