It is with a mix of emotions that I write to inform you of the closure of Total Health Chiropractic. Due to my recent health issues and after much consideration, I have made the difficult decision to cease operations effective Friday, February 16, 2024.

I want to express my deepest gratitude for allowing us to be part of your healthcare journey. Serving you has been an honor, and we are thankful for the trust you placed in us over the years.

We understand that continuity of care is essential, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth transition for our patients. Your health records will be securely stored, and if you wish to transfer
them to another healthcare provider, please provide written consent, and we will promptly facilitate the process.

If you have any questions or require assistance during this transition, please contact us at Total Health Chiropractic, 2172 East Paris Ave. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546 until February 15, 2024.
