This weekend, I traded the studio for the Smoky Mountains TN — connecting with some of the most driven, innovative boutique fitness owners in the country.

We swapped strategies, shared what’s working, and challenged each other to think bigger. Because when you’re surrounded by people who are committed to excellence, your own standards rise.

Huge thanks to Loud Rumor for bringing together an A-class group for this retreat. The connections, the ideas, and the inspiration are exactly what fuels our next level at Bovée.

This isn’t just a gathering. It’s a celebration of something deeper: the people who carry the Bovée mission out into the world. Pilates instructors, studio owners, friends, and changemakers—you are the branches of the Bovée tree. And watching you grow, connect, and thrive is one of the greatest honors of my life.

This year’s event was pure sunshine. Kids feeding chickens, people laughing around the tables, meaningful conversations. It reminded me how powerful this work is—and how beautiful it is when we do it together.

Thank you for showing up. For believing in what we’re building. For sharing this journey with me.

Here’s to movement that heals, community that uplifts, and the ripple effect we’re just beginning to create. 💛

Not just a pretty postcard…
Day two of hiking Cinque Terre brought serious vertical climbs both up and down and every step was worth it. The views were stunning, yes, but the real reward was in the effort. Glowing cheeks, sore legs, and happy hearts. That post-hike high? 100% real.
