I realize I haven’t formally shared this here: I recently stepped into the role of President of Vella Bioscience—and it’s already been an energizing, meaningful chapter.

This work is personal. I’m coming back to women’s health—an area I’ve cared deeply about for a long time—because too many women are still met with dismissal, discomfort, or “we don’t know” when they ask basic questions about their bodies. Hormones, sexual wellness, and everyday comfort shouldn’t be treated as optional or taboo.

Vella exists to change that. We’re building a science-led brand with staying power—one that helps women understand what’s happening in their bodies, access evidence-informed solutions, and advocate for their health with confidence.

I’m proud to lead this alongside an incredible team, and I’m excited for what’s ahead. ✨ Follow along for what we’re building—and the conversations we’re here to move forward.

As we enter Women’s History Month, I keep coming back to this idea. Understanding our bodies hormonally, emotionally, and sexually has too often been treated as optional. We know better.

Sexual wellness and hormonal education are foundational to agency, confidence, and health. Yet women’s health has long been under researched and underfunded, leaving too many women without real answers.

This is why our work at Vella matters. We exist to help women understand their bodies, advocate for themselves, and experience comfort and pleasure without apology.

As we look ahead, I would love to hear from you. What conversations in women’s health do you think we should be leading?

Happy Birthday, Dad. 🤍

This year feels different — softer, steadier, filled with grace.

After losing your wife of 50+ years, there were days when the weight of grief felt unbearable. And yet, here you are. Finding peace in our home. Finding rhythm again. Finding reasons to smile.

Watching you with your only granddaughter has been one of the greatest gifts. The laughter, the stories, the quiet moments — they are healing in ways words can’t fully capture.

Yes, you still say this is the “worst winter ever,” and yes, the stairs remain your sworn enemy. But look at you. No longer in a wheelchair. Walking 70% of the time with your cane instead of the walker. Stronger. Healthier. Eating better. Smiling more. Improving every single week.

That’s resilience. That’s courage. That’s the quiet strength you’ve modeled my entire life.

Most of all, it’s God’s grace. The kind that carries us when we cannot carry ourselves. The kind that restores, renews, and reminds us that even after deep loss, joy is still possible.

We are so thankful for more time. More stories. More laughter. More moments around our table.

Happy Birthday, Dad. We love you beyond words. 🎂🙏🏾

Brands today are built in real time. Expectations shift overnight, cultural moments move markets, and trust is measured in seconds. For leaders, that means showing up with clarity, conviction, and a deep understanding of the communities they serve.

Meet me in Lounge at with leaders redefining how brands build relevance, earn loyalty, and turn cultural moments into lasting impact.

These sweet memories are so amazing! 💜💜
But, nothing compares to the memories we are making today.

So grateful for the journey yesterday, today and tomorrow.
God continues to protect and guide us - I am so very thankful for this little family that He’s blessed me with and this little (now taller!) bundle of happiness, faithfulness and joy that is Ella.

Thank you, Jesus for your grace, mercy and forgiveness and for granting us this amazing life. My heart overflows with gratitude. 🙏🏽💜🙏🏽

Silver Bracket Champions. 🥈🔥

The 21s showed us exactly what teamwork, perseverance, and passion look like at our first President’s Cup tournament. They battled. They trusted each other. They pulled out multiple wins from behind and refused to let the moment get too big.

They stayed steady — even when the parents (this mom especially 🙋🏾‍♀️) might have lost our composure a time or two.

Lesson learned from these young leaders:
Less talking. More play.
One point at a time.

That’s how you build resilience. That’s how you build champions.

So incredibly proud of this team and the way they compete for each other. On to the next. 💪🏾🏐

Pre-Valentine’s a little early this year 💘
Celebrating my forever Valentines—Ella and my dad—before we trade chocolates for whistles, sneakers, and tournament days next weekend.

Love looks like showing up, planning ahead, and choosing time together… even in the middle of a Nike volleyball tournament schedule.

Grateful for this season. Grateful for them.

Great job RISE 21s!!

You guys played with confidence, discipline, and heart today—improved movement, smart positioning, and some great kills. Winning 2 out of 3 games and redeeming the 21s of Rise was no accident. That was preparation meeting effort.

Ella, watching you grow as an athlete—and a teammate—fills me with pride. Keep trusting your training and playing fearless. This is just the beginning.

This data point should stop every serious investor, operator, and policymaker in their tracks.

Women represent nearly half the global population—yet receive just 6% of private healthcare investment. That is not a niche oversight. It is a structural failure of capital allocation.

The new report from the World Economic Forum, developed in collaboration with Boston Consulting Group, reframes this gap correctly: not as a deficit problem, but as one of the largest untapped white spaces in modern healthcare and biotech.

What’s particularly compelling is the emphasis on women’s health beyond reproductive and maternal care—sexual health, hormonal health, longevity, chronic conditions, quality of life. These are not fringe categories. They are foundational to workforce participation, economic productivity, and long-term healthcare sustainability.

This is why companies like Bioscience matter. Science-backed, women-centered innovation is not a social concession—it’s a growth strategy hiding in plain sight.

Capital follows conviction. And conviction follows evidence.

The evidence is now undeniable: investing in women’s health strengthens economies, improves outcomes, and unlocks durable value. The only remaining question is who has the courage—and foresight—to move first.

“I have decided to stick with love. Hate is too great a burden to bear.” — Martin Luther King Jr.

Today we honor Dr. King on his birthday—a man whose courage, conviction, and moral clarity continue to call us higher. Born January 15, 1929, he would have been 97 years old today.

His message remains as urgent and necessary now as it was then: choose love, choose justice, choose humanity—even when it is hard, especially when it is costly. Dr. King taught us that love is not passive; it is disciplined, demanding, and transformative.

May we live his legacy not just in words, but in action.

🕊️✊🏾❤️

First match in the books — and my heart is FULL. 🏐💙

Ella and her team stepped onto the court as the only 11–12 year olds playing up against 13-year-olds, and they showed up with confidence, grit, and heart. They won some. They lost some. But they moved well, communicated, stayed coachable, and never backed down.

Watching her grow, compete, and believe in herself in real time is something special. So proud of you, E. This is just the beginning.

And yes… officially in my volleyball mom era. 😌🏐

Stepping into a new year with a full heart and deep certainty that the best is still ahead.

This holiday vacation was everything—rest, laughter, and time with friends who are truly family. Moments like these remind me how rich life becomes when it’s shared with people who know your heart.

And my sweet Ella—my constant inspiration these last few months. Somehow, even now that she’s my height, she’s helped me expand my capacity to love as a mother. Through her, I’ve found space to heal, to grow, and to more fully appreciate the gift of good health and presence.

Grateful for the journey, grounded in faith, and walking into this next year with clarity, joy, and expectation.

Thank you, Jesus.
