The healing herd and I are preparing to host our first women's circle at home this evening! The horses are enjoying a snack and mowing the lawn a bit while I set up the coaching ring and prepare the coaching space for an evening of connection and healing.

I am thrilled that the time has come for the horses to join our circle. I look forward to partnering and assisting them in sharing their insights and gifts of healing with others!

Here in Minnesota, spring has been teasing us with warm breezes, shedding horses, and signs of life only to remind us with an incoming snowstorm that winter still has a bit more to say.

Every year, the Itasca County Crisis Response Team has the opportunity to gather for a weekend retreat filled with learning, team building activities, and laughs. As a member of this team, I hold deep gratitude to the First Call For Help leadership team who pour so much time, intention, and care into making sure we feel seen, appreciated, and connected.

This year, I had the honor of presenting and facilitating a workshop on temperament and communication. Guiding our incredible team through an exploration of how our natural preferences influence the way we show up and communicate was such a meaningful experience. Watching teammates lean into self-awareness, appreciate differences, and grow together as a team was powerful.

This kind of experience is exactly what fuels my passion for supporting those who support others and drives the mission and vision of REACH Within Ranch!
