So, there's good news and bad news.

First, the bad news. Me being back on this page does not mean Flip Dog is coming back. While what we created was beautiful, it took quite the toll on me and my family. Not sure I'll ever be ready to do that again.

Now, the good news! There is, in fact, a new studio opening up on the near west side this Saturday (2/1) called Yogi Union! The classes are free the first day. Also, if you look on the schedule somewhere, you just might see my name on the list. You can see that schedule and book a class here:
