Mark your calendars Sunday December 22 we will have our second free community class. This class will be candle lit to celebrate the Winter Solstice which is the day before, the winter solstice is the longest night of the year, we want to bring light into the cold dark winter evening. Please feel free to join all our welcome, you can bring family or friends to join!

Sunday @6:30pm come join us! Remember to come at least 5-10 minutes early to be ready on time. This class will be beginner friendly, it will be a slow flow and ending gentle style yoga.
