REVfit At REVfit we believe that a personal approach to training is key to obtaining sought after results. Sound fun? For me it is.

In the fifteen years of personal training I’ve learned that not two clients are one in the same, especially in one’s understanding of what “results” means to them individually. Whether you are an exercise junkie in need of a fix, or a newbie struggling to maintain the courage it takes to change, I am committed to standing along side a person no matter where the road takes us. All you have to do is

put one foot in front of the other and leave the rest to us. I live for this sh*t. But to be completely upfront not everyone loves to exercise. Shocker I know!! Change can be hard especially when you discover training the body is only part of the process at REVfit. The “why” behind our choices can make or break a transformation. That’s why at REVfit our trainers strongly believe having a guide to assist you through what ever comes your way allows you to make a lasting impression for you and your loved ones. All you’ve got to do is have faith in the process and trust that not a single client I’ve ever worked with has ever regretted being in the best shape of their life. I guarantee it!

This is what losing weight looks like. Super PROUD of this woman!!!! She comes in every workout and does the work. Then she goes home and does the work in the kitchen to make sure she stays in a caloric deficit!
