Tension in the neck and shoulders is one of the most common concerns we see – especially with long hours at a desk or on screens. This month, we’re focusing on an Upper Trapezius (trap) stretch to relieve tightness and improve mobility.
How to do it:
1) Place one arm behind your back to anchor the shoulder down
2) Gently tilt your head to the opposite side
3) Hold for 20-30 seconds
4) Repeat on both sides
Move gently and never force the stretch. Small, consistent work can make a meaningful difference in how your body feels throughout the day.
