🚪How have you/ someone else busted down your door to “change” your behavior?
🚪Was this through dismissing your own experience / your experience being dismissed by someone else? Were you told to “stop crying”/ stop feeling directly or implicitly, ignored?
🚪Was it through emotional or physical violence or the threat of either? Both?
🌟How can you talk to yourself differently? Reparent yourself?
⭐️Tell yourself you can feel ____, it is okay to feel, you are worthy and important, your feelings are important🌈
⭐️Connect to your own body. Nurture yourself and trust what you feel is important and has a reason to be there.
🌟Can you : Hug yourself? Listen to yourself? love yourself like that little person in you?
🌟Can you allow yourself the space to feel? The privacy? Gift yourself the time to feel to focus just on yourself and your feelings?
