Mei Flowers Yoga and Stretch Default text Han Mei, also known as Shifu Mei by her Kung Fu students, is a 6th degree black belt and 7 time National Wushu champion.

At the young age of 06 she began training in the art of Wushu Kung Fu. She turned professional training at the age of 12 when she was applied and made the Liaoning Province Professional Wushu team, China. By age 15, she made the National Chinese Wushu Team. On the National stage she dominated the martial arts scene and most notably won 1st place in the 10th annual National Games. She now resides in Grand Rapids, Michigan as a small business women, Board Member of the Chinese Cultural Association of West Michigan, and most important a mom to two wonderful children.
