I think there’s this misconception that when we heal, the anger goes away.
But actually, one of the biggest mountains to climb in the healing journey is feeling, expressing, and vocalizing the deepest divine feminine rage. The rage of hundreds of thousands of generations of people women couldn’t feel or express without being called crazy, hysterical, sensitive, fragile, looney whatever new name they came up with to silence your pain.
When we heal and find safety, there is a time where that rage comes to the surface and it needs a place to be heard. It needs to be seen, felt, and experienced. Your own rage, but also the rage of those who were silenced before you.
As a Reiki practitioner, I will never silence that pain, because I feel it too. The darkness in me sees the darkness in you.
Eventually, when it feels heard, it can move through. THAT is when the softening happens. When we finally feel safe and heard.
