Physio Divina is a gentle, contemplative practice that draws your awareness deep within.
While Physio Divina takes its inspiration from the ancient practice of Lectio Divina- Sacred Reading, Physio Divina's sacred text is your body.
There will be some body movement, however, it will not be for the sake of high charge or trance states such as bioenergetics or ecstatic dance.
The movement will be guided by your intuitive knowingness as you are drawn to the beautiful cave of your sacred bodyself where your Divine Self sits in counsel/council with the Divine.
