You belong here. You are seen. You are loved. 🤍

In a world that can feel overwhelming, isolating, and uncertain, we want you to know this truth: God has not forgotten you. He calls you His own, and there is a place for you—right here, right now.

We believe healing happens when faith and compassionate care come together. Whether you’re walking through anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or simply feeling lost, you don’t have to carry it alone.

“See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!” – 1 John 3:1

Mental health is something we all carry, and it matters deeply.

As a Christian counseling office, we believe this:

Your mental health is part of your whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Struggling doesn’t mean you lack faith.
Taking care of your mind is not weakness—it’s stewardship.

God cares about your emotional and mental well-being just as much as your spiritual life. Healing is not just about praying harder—it’s about allowing support, truth, and care into the places that hurt.

✨ “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.” – Matthew 22:37

If you’ve been carrying something heavy, you don’t have to do it alone. Prioritizing your mental health is part of living fully and faithfully.

We all have moments where we react instead of respond.

When emotions run high, it’s easy to act out of fear, urgency, or hurt. But growth happens in the pause.

✨ The space between what we feel and how we respond is where transformation begins.

As a Christian counseling practice, we often remind clients:
You don’t have to be controlled by your first reaction.

With God’s help, you can:
• Pause and breathe
• Name what you’re feeling
• Choose a response rooted in truth—not fear
• Stay grounded in your values

Scripture reminds us:
“Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry.” – James 1:19

Responsive thinking isn’t about being perfect—it’s about being intentional.

If you’ve been feeling triggered, overwhelmed, or reactive lately… there is another way. And you don’t have to learn it alone.

Today we’re celebrating the heart behind so much of what we do—our incredible administrative team 💙

These four women are the steady hands, kind voices, and organized minds that keep everything running smoothly for our clients and clinicians every single day. Whether it’s offering a warm welcome, solving problems behind the scenes, or simply showing up with compassion and grace, they reflect the spirit of service we strive for.

We’re especially grateful that God has brought each of them to our team. Their faith, dedication, and care shine through in the way they support others and each other.

Together, they bring 17.5 years of commitment to our practice—and we are better because of it. Adrienne, Heidi, Neeke, and Brit - We love you! Thank you for being a blessing to all those you serve!

Please join us in celebrating them this National Administrative Professionals Day! 👏

overwhelmed, or uncertain.

But what if we paused and remembered this instead…

The same hands that placed every star in the sky are the very hands holding you right now.

You are not forgotten.
You are not alone.
You are deeply known and gently cared for.

In the middle of anxiety, grief, or uncertainty, faith doesn’t mean pretending everything is okay—it means trusting that God is present in it all.

If your heart feels heavy today, take a breath and rest in this truth:
You are being held.

✨ “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” – 1 Peter 5:7

🌿 Gentle Ways to Calm Your Nervous System 🌿

In a fast-paced and often overwhelming world, our minds and bodies weren’t meant to carry constant stress.

Sometimes, healing starts with slowing down.

Simple, gentle practices like:
• Deep, intentional breathing
• Soft lighting and calming spaces
• Quiet moments with tea or music
• Stepping outside for fresh air
• Resting your body and mind

These aren’t small things—they’re meaningful ways to care for yourself.

“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10

God invites us into stillness, into rest, into peace. Taking time to calm your nervous system isn’t weakness—it’s wisdom.

Give yourself permission to slow down today. 🤍

✨ What You Can (and Can’t) Control ✨

It’s easy to feel overwhelmed when life feels out of our hands—but not everything is ours to carry.

We can’t control:
• Other people’s actions or opinions
• Our past
• Every emotion that comes our way

But we can control:
• How we respond
• The way we speak to ourselves
• The boundaries we set
• How we care for our thoughts and stress

“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” — Romans 12:2

God doesn’t ask us to control everything—He invites us to trust Him with what we can’t and be faithful with what we can.

Let go of what isn’t yours to carry. 🤍

“What I thought would happen in therapy:
Talk about my feelings.
Learn coping skills.
Get advice.”

What actually happens in therapy is often much deeper.

You begin to understand your story in a new way.
You recognize patterns that have followed you for years, sometimes generations.
You learn to challenge the harsh voice in your head.
You experience healthy boundaries, maybe for the first time.
You discover your worth isn’t earned, it’s inherent.

We believe therapy isn’t about someone “fixing” you. It’s about creating a safe space where truth, grace, and emotional healing can work together.

It’s where the unconscious becomes conscious.
Where internal conflicts find resolution.
Where shame loses its grip.
Where your value is acknowledged not because of what you do, but because of who you are.

Therapy is not just coping.
It’s transformation.

If you’ve been hesitant to begin, maybe this is your reminder: it’s okay to step into something deeper.

We’re here when you’re ready. 🤍

💛 National Siblings Day 💛

Siblings are some of our first friendships—built on shared memories, laughter, challenges, and unconditional love.

“Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.” — Romans 12:10

Whether your relationship with your sibling is close, complicated, or somewhere in between, today is a reminder of the importance of connection, grace, and understanding.

Sibling relationships can shape us in powerful ways—teaching us about forgiveness, patience, and love over time.

Today, take a moment to reach out, reflect, or simply appreciate the role your sibling has played in your life. 🤍

🌍 World Health Day 🌍

On this day, we’re reminded that health is more than just physical—it’s mental, emotional, and spiritual.

“Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.” — 3 John 1:2

God cares deeply about every part of our well-being. He sees the burdens we carry, the stress we hold, and the silent struggles we may not share with others.

World Health Day is a reminder that taking care of your health is not selfish—it’s stewardship. It’s honoring the life and body God has given you.

We believe faith and mental health go hand in hand. Seeking support, resting when needed, and caring for your mind and heart are all part of living a whole and healthy life.

You don’t have to carry everything alone. 🤍

🌅 Easter Sunday 🌅

“He is not here; He has risen, just as He said.” — Matthew 28:6
“God raised Him up, freeing Him from the agony of death, because it was impossible for death to keep its hold on Him.” — Acts 2:24

Today we celebrate the victory.

The stone was rolled away.
The grave is empty.
Death could not hold Him.

After the sorrow of Good Friday and the silence of Saturday, Easter reminds us that hope is alive. What seemed final was not the end—God was still working.

Resurrection means new life.
It means redemption.
It means that no matter how dark things feel, there is always hope beyond it.

We believe in that kind of hope—the kind that brings healing, renewal, and new beginnings.

Whatever you may be walking through today, this is your reminder:

New life is possible. He is risen. 🤍

🕊️ Holy Week – Holy Saturday 🕊️

“And Joseph took the body and wrapped it in a clean linen shroud and laid it in his own new tomb… and he rolled a great stone to the entrance of the tomb.” — Matthew 27:59–60

Today is the quiet day.

The day in between grief and hope.
The day where everything felt still, uncertain, and heavy.

Jesus had been crucified. The tomb was sealed.
For His followers, it likely felt like the end of the story.

Holy Saturday reminds us of the spaces we all experience—the waiting, the silence, the unknown. The moments where God feels quiet and answers don’t come right away.

But even here… God is still at work.

We understand how hard the “in-between” seasons can be—the waiting for healing, clarity, or peace. This day gently reminds us that silence does not mean absence.

Hope is still coming. 🤍
