Cost: $20
Location: Norwood Plaza Building, 423 NE 4th street, Grand Rapids, MN 55744
Use the west door, go down the stairs, and down the hall.
May 26th, 5:15
Space is limited, so you must reserve your spot.
I have yoga mats, cushions, blankets, small pillows for your comfort.

I’m working on creating a 3 class series that is all about regulating your nervous system. We tend to take on a lot and can be in the fight or flight mode on a regular basis. In these 3 classes we will learn and do techniques that will help you regulate your nervous system.

FUN NEWS!
I recently attended an in depth training to enhance my hypnosis skills and learn a different form of hypnosis to help people make positive change in their life. For instance, this form of hypnosis can help people stop smoking, lose weight, or help with career goals and personal development; really anything you want to work on.
I am already trained in QHHT which is a form of hypnosis for past life regression, but I also wanted to learn more and learn specifically about hypnosis to help with personal goals. I will be adding this to individual services I currently provide, as well as creating some group classes.
There are many misconceptions about hypnosis. If you have any questions, throw them in the comments!
