We’re honored to share that true. Women’s Health has been named the 2025 Readers’ Choice Award winner for Concierge Women’s Health Services by West Michigan Woman!
A huge thank-you to every woman who voted, shared her story, trusted us with her care, or recommended true. to a friend. Your support means the world to our entire team.

Our mission has always been simple: Provide the kind of women’s healthcare experience we would want for ourselves, our daughters, our sisters, and our friends.

This award is meaningful because it comes directly from the women we serve — and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you for seeing us, trusting us, and allowing us to walk alongside you in midlife, menopause, and beyond.

Here’s to another year of helping women feel informed, supported, and truly seen. 💙

As we look forward to Thanksgiving next week and acknowledge Gratitude Month, here’s our favorite holiday survival tip for women: Build in 5 minutes of mindfulness, metered breathing, or gratitude practice, twice a day.

Women carry a lot—everyday responsibilities, emotional labor, and a long list of invisible tasks that only multiply during the holidays. When the season gets busy, the first thing to disappear is often our own well-being.

Scheduling self-care the same way you schedule meetings, errands, and family plans creates just a little more space—space between you and holiday stress, cravings, drive-thrus, and that familiar feeling of falling behind. If you want a simple place to start, try our Step-by-Step Guide to Metered Breathing in the link below.

Five minutes. Twice a day. No cost. No equipment. Just a small daily practice that helps calm your nervous system and anchor your day.

A little gratitude. A little breathing. A lot more ease heading into the holidays! We’ve got this, ladies!

Metered breathing is a practice that gets you back into your body and turns off the body’s stress “fight or flight” response.

Big news for women in midlife this week!
The FDA has announced plans to remove the black box warning from Menopause Hormone Therapy (MHT) — a significant step toward enhancing access to safe and effective care.

As Dr. Diana Bitner shared with Janice Allen FOX 17 this morning, starting hormone therapy within the first six years of menopause offers the most benefit for heart health, diabetes prevention, bone strength, and even cognitive protection.

Her takeaway? – “Hormone therapy isn’t for everyone, but if you’re interested, make sure you know the facts.”

Watch Dr. Bitner’s full interview with Janice and learn why this change is such a major win for women’s health!

No woman should suffer in silence during menopause — no matter where she lives!

This week, Dr. Bitner joined Janice Allen FOX 17 remotely from Sri Lanka, where she’s attending the Asian Congress for Endometriosis. Global conferences provide her with the opportunity to learn about how women worldwide experience menopause and how various health systems support them.

Sri Lanka has 1,000 Well Woman Clinics where women aged 35–45 are screened for cancer, metabolic health, and menopausal symptoms. Menopause also starts slightly earlier there, usually at ages 48–51.

No matter the country, symptoms like hot flashes, sleep disruption, mood changes, vaginal dryness, or joint pain are common — and treatable.

Dr. Bitner’s message from Sri Lanka:
Don’t suffer in silence! Help is available, and you deserve care and answers wherever you are. Watch her remote segment on the FOX 17 YouTube Channel here: https://bit.ly/43frrMT

New research shows something we see every day at true.: women in midlife are not slowing down—they’re leading, growing, and navigating menopause with strength and resilience.

The study highlighted how women in senior leadership roles managed symptoms like hot flashes, brain fog, and sleep changes while still running companies, leading teams, commanding military units, and making major decisions. Their secret?

• Education
• Support from other women
• Advocacy for their own health
• Access to evidence-based care

Many shared that once they understood what was happening in their bodies, they felt more confident—not less. Menopause became a turning point for clarity, purpose, and self-trust! This is exactly why true. exists: to give women the knowledge, tools, and support they deserve during one of the most powerful transitions of their lives.

Menopause isn’t the end of the road for women in leadership. It’s a new chapter! With the right care, it can be one of the strongest.
