Last week we were able to partner with The King's Table Ministries to help provide a ramp for a young Man and his family after a recent major surgery. The ramp was necessary for him to get in and out of the home for school. So thankful to have been a part of this project and to help this family!

This March we celebrated 10 years of service to the West Michigan community! TEN YEARS! Where did the time go? Starting a business takes a lot of hard work, dedication, time and effort. It also takes commitment from staff. We are so fortunate to have a great team in place that put the needs of the patient and family members first. It is also incredibly stressful. Just knowing at the end of the day that our staff are making a difference is what makes it all so worth it!

We take pride in the service that we give to our patients, caregivers, referral sources and insurance companies. Thank you to all of you who have supported us over the last 10 years. We appreciate you and will always be here to help you today, tomorrow and beyond!

We have received a significant amount of procedural masks in as well as full gowns. Please contact us directly if you are interested. As supplies become more available to prices are also going down. These are quality versus the ones that were available last year.

As we continue to navigate through the COVID world it can be challenging to know where to go for PPE. Please know that we work daily to try and stock supplies for those that are in need.

This week we took supply of 4,000 surgical style masks and 200 gowns. Masks are $15.00 per box of 50 and the gowns are $2.50 each or $250.00 for a case of 100. Please contact us directly if you have any needs. We will also deliver to you free of charge. This is significantly less than they have been last year.

Accreditation is mandatory for companies that bill claims to Medicare. This additional oversight ensures that companies are following local and national policy regarding patient care, safety, billing, and many other aspects of the business. We recently went through our three year site visit and were once again awarded another three years with zero deficiencies! It is hard to explain the amount of effort it takes to maintain a high standard of care in the medical field. This site visit concludes 6 months of reviewing and updating all company policies and procedures as well as reviewing all aspects of the business.

We are so proud to serve the West Michigan community and are dedicated to helping those that need it the most. Thank you for continued support going on ten years!

Yesterday we were fortunate enough to provide masks and gloves to public officials, Physician offices, Home Care agencies, and even to the general public. We continue to search daily for these and other much needed supplies. If you are looking for anything specific please let me know so I can search for you.
