The procedure uses a device that is basically a small shop vac to clean out clot from blood vessels. This clot extended from the belly button to below the left knee .inc

Another great haul! Always open outflow AND inflow or all your work will be wasted. This patient had thrombus from IVC to infra popliteal. Retrograde access (RIJ) w Lightning 16 allowed clearance of large vessel clot first advancing all the way below the knee without need for separate access or central protection.
