Nourish Your Soul — A Full Moon Immersion
with Behnje Masson
Thursday April 30, 6-8pm

Join Behnje for this 2-hour restorative yoga experience designed to replenish, restore, and revitalize your whole being. Through gentle movement, supported postures, and healing breath, this immersion invites you to release what depletes you and receive what truly feeds you — body, mind, and spirit. This is not a class. This is an immersion — a chance to step out of the current of your daily life and into something deeper. To stop pouring out and finally rest, replenish, and renew.

Behnje will infuse the workshop with intentional focus and presence, aligning with the energy of the Full Moon and inviting the qualities of an Indian goddess who embodies and supports this moment.

All levels welcome.
Props Needed: Yoga Mat and a Blanket or two.

This Sunday March 22nd 11:30 am-1:00 pm

Jeni is our dear friend and has been a devoted student here for many years, wholeheartedly committing herself to multiple trainings and dedicated practice before stepping fully into her role as a teacher—and now, as an author!

With great joy, we celebrate the release of her book, The Life that Love Builds. Jeni writes her story straight from the heart, sharing the wisdom of her lived experience and her deep commitment to building a life rooted in love. We are truly honored to have her here for this special event.

With love for our student and friend,
Behnje Masson and Rick Powell

St. Paddys Day Weekend Class🍀

“I arise today through the strength of heaven:
light of sun, brilliance of moon, splendor of fire,
speed of lightning, swiftness of wind,
depth of sea, stability of earth, firmness of rock.”
— St. Patrick’s Breastplate, 5th c.

Patrick knew something about showing up fully — rooted in the earth, open to the sky.

“A humanist karma doesn’t mean we aren’t made from the consequences of our actions. Rather, it means we are responsible parties when it comes to acting upon meaning, value, and accountability. The burdens of karma are not only what we receive from our actions, they redound to the necessity that comes when we are willing to bear their responsibility.”- Douglas Brooks
