Celebrating Social Work Month!
🌟Meet Elli!
Elli has been with Optalis at Kent-Crossing for just under a year, and she deeply enjoys the interdisciplinary team she works with. She felt the calling to work with the geriatric population because of the inspiration her mother (a previous social worker at a nursing home) is to her. She wanted to experience some of the crazy stories her mother would share while serving the elderly population, which she most certainly has! She also comes from a truly compassionate family that includes members of various non-profits, fostering children, and has adopted brothers and sisters. When Elli isn't working, she enjoys anything to do with the outdoors (like camping and hiking), sports (especially the winter ones!), staying active, traveling to other states and countries, and spending time with family and friends!
