Think: Downtown Deer River vibes followed by some high-speed local tradition. Clear your schedule from 10 to 5. You’re going to want to be in town for both halves of this one.

Did you see our FREE sauna event in the Itasca Area Community Education booklet? If not, here are all of the details! Pre-registration for this Saturday, October 25th is suggested but not required. We will be set up in Longyear Park near the lake for those wanting to take a dip! Make sure to bring a swim suit or athletic wear, a couple towels, sandals, water bottle, and a friend!

Hi, I’m Elle 👋 the owner of Stonegrove Community Sauna. I’m excited to share that we’ve created a new page just for the Stonegrove Community Sauna.

So what is a community sauna anyways? It is a public sauna where community members gather together to relax, socialize, and enjoy the health benefits of sauna in nature. ✨ It is a space dedicated to help you reconnect with yourself, others and nature. A place to find a moment of respite from the stresses of life during your week.

This page is where you’ll find sauna session times, sauna events, and fun thermaculture-related information. This is separate from the Stonegrove Saunas’ mobile sauna page. So, if you want all the details on local community sessions in Grand Rapids, MN, this is the page to follow.
