Christina specializes in individual therapy for teens and adults, as well as parent coaching. She takes a compassionate, culturally responsive approach, meeting clients where they are to foster growth and connection. Christina can help strengthen better communication between teens and their parents, and she is also passionate about supporting women in their personal and professional growth.

With over a decade of experience in mental health, trauma recovery, child welfare, and education—both locally and internationally—Christina provides a safe space for clients to explore their emotions. She offers telehealth services, including flexible virtual sessions for teens during the school day.
