Retrieval and Revival is our second 6-week series, offering a slow, nourishing practice that incorporates deep stretching, meditation, and guided breathwork 🌿🫁. This class is designed to enhance flexibility and range of motion while promoting relaxation and relieving pain 💫
This small, intimate class is led by our knowledgeable massage therapist, Megan, who is highly trained in anatomy and deeply perceptive to individual needs 💆♀️. She skillfully guides students in modifying poses—or even reimagining them entirely—ensuring each yogi receives the support and care that’s right for their body 🤍
The shape of our bodies is a graphic expression of where we have been, and what we have been through. Think of your body as a seed 🌱, ready to be planted and cultivated into flowers 🌸, or fruits 🍓, depending on who you are. This is your practice. The aim is to Retrieve and Revive your seed via meditative stretching of your body ✨

Week 2- Feed the Birds 🐦 (Heart Meridian)
Week 3- Feet in the Dirt 🌍 (Grounding)
Week 4- Catching a Wave 🌊 (Hip Focused)
Week 5- Embrace 🤗 (Heart Chakra)
Week 6- Be Retrieved 🔄 (Revival Flow)
Supportive props—such as blankets, yoga blocks, bolsters, and sandbags—are thoughtfully provided to help reduce strain on the joints and create space for healing and relaxation 🧘♂️
