As the vibrant colors of fall begin to settle, there’s no better time to retreat into the heart of nature and embrace the serenity that the forest offers. During **Harvest Harmony**—a soulful escape to **Hocking Hills, November 7-10**—we’ll be staying in cozy yurts nestled in the forest, harmonizing as one with the natural world around us. This retreat offers more than a break from routine; it’s an opportunity to reconnect with both nature and each other.

When we walk through the forest and breathe in phytoncides, the natural oils released by the trees, we reduce stress hormones like cortisol and experience a deeper sense of calm and clarity. This grounding effect will help prepare our minds and bodies as we transition into the colder winter months, offering inner warmth and peace. The forest, with its beauty and stillness, mirrors the need to slow down and reflect—just as the earth begins to settle in for winter.

Hi friends! After much consideration, the consensus of my heart is that all humans are worth and deserving of practicing yoga regardless of their status. My personal desire is to get more humans into the sensations of their body and uniting them with their mind and spirit. All classes offered will be taught through the lens of trauma sensitivity, in efforts to do less harm and practice safeR yoga.

Therefore, all of my classes offered at the DAAC will be donation based or pay what you can. My goal is simply to be able to pay for the studio rental (if you would like to donate to this please reach out and I will disclose my costs transparently so you can contribute as much or as little as you'd like).

Packages/punch cards are still available for purchase if they feel financially accessible to you.

Spots are limited to only TEN people per class and start Saturday! I encourage you to reserve your spot via the website below so not to be turned away at the door because of no space.

Drop Ins are $15 for 60 min classes, 30 min guided meditation $10, Beginner series (4 classes 30 minutes ea) $50, 1-on-1 yoga/assisted stretch 30 mins $25 (Limit 1 time to try, and only 1 available per week in studio)

5 Packs $69 (expire 2 months from purchase date) apply to full hour yoga classes only + receive $10 off 30 min stretch

Our passion for traveling is only matched by the honor of witnessing and capturing the essence of your unique love found within the beauty of nature.
