Following her right total hip replacement surgery, Lynnda went through extensive Physical/Occupational Therapy at our skilled nursing facility at Azalea Trail skilled nursing facility in Grand Saline. Determined to regain her active lifestyle, Lynnda dedicated herself to her Physical and Occupational Therapy program, which she credits as the primary factor for her successful recovery. Lynnda is able to return to ambulating up to 1000 feet over even and uneven surfaces with a pain free gait. She will now be better able to enjoy her animals and continue to pursue her passion as an artist. She is looking forward to many more fun days with her family and friends. She is no longer restricted by pain. "I am looking forward to returning home to my animals and to continuing to work on my art that I enjoy so very much. I have missed my studio.”
On December 30th, 2025, Lynnda was discharged home. Congratulations to Lynnda McFerran for having met all short- and long-term goals established by Physical and Occupational Therapy.
