Broken Halo was never meant to be just a business to me. It started during a season where I needed healing, grounding, purpose, and something that made me slow down and reconnect with myself again.

Lately life has felt mentally heavy and spiritually exhausting, and instead of fighting through it, I decided to lean back into intentional creation. And with that, led me to making these handcrafted incense sticks and cones. Sitting with herbs, grinding botanicals, blending scents, and creating with my hands has honestly become its own form of therapy for me.

Incense has been used for centuries in spiritual practices, meditation, prayer, cleansing rituals, and simple moments of peace. Different herbs and botanicals carry different energies and purposes — helping create an atmosphere that supports the mind, body, and spirit.

Here are a few blends I’ve been working on lately:

🌙 Lavender & Chamomile — calming, soothing, and peaceful. Often used to relax the mind, ease stress, and create restful energy.
🪶 Clarity Sage — traditionally used for energetic cleansing, grounding, and clearing stagnant or heavy energy from a space.
🌱 Rosemary & Mint — refreshing and awakening. A blend often associated with mental clarity, focus, and uplifting the senses.

I think sometimes we forget how important it is to care for our spirit the same way we care for our body. To slow down. To breathe deeper. To cleanse our space. To reconnect with ourselves and the energy around us.

Broken Halo has always been rooted in intention, healing, nature, and soul care… and I think I’m finally finding my way back to that side of it again.
