Part 1: THE TRUTH ABOUT GLUTEN

Question: Why are grain products toxic to so many Americans, including allergy sufferers and those with chemical sensitivities?

Answer: Modern methods of processing grains reduce their nutritional benefits and increase gluten beyond what the human body can normally digest.

THE MYSTERY OF GLUTEN INTOLERANCE HAS BEEN SOLVED

The refining of grains destroys 50% to 80% of their essential fatty acids and vitamins and removes 50% to 98% of all their major minerals and trace elements so that products made with refined flour can contribute to digestive issues and countless other problems including gluten sensitivity, allergies, lack of energy and unhealthy weight.
