During my first pregnancy, I pushed through. I tried to ignore all the nausea, fatigue, and the discomfort. 😅

That’s when I began leaning into breath-led movement, pelvic floor awareness, and nervous system support.

That changed everything. Physically, emotionally, mentally. 🙏

It’s the foundation of what I now teach inside The Holistically Well Pregnancy program.

We’ve been traveling every year since our oldest was 6 months old… and this year? Yosemite, Sequoia, and Big Sur!🌲🥾

We packed for 5 in one bag, prepped snacks in hiking carriers, and embraced all the highs and lows. Laughing, crying, unplugging, and making the best kind of memories. Was it a little chaotic? Yep. Was it worth it? Every time. 🥰

Pregnant + traveling with littles? Here’s what worked for us!

🥾 Front-load the trip with hikes, then wind down
📚 Junior Ranger booklets = kid engagement gold
🍎 Snacks > toys (meat, cheese, fruit + crackers on repeat with nature as their playground!)
