Zero-Tolerance Professional Boundary Notice (Ohio): The massage therapy profession has worked hard to be recognized for its legitimate health and wellness benefits; unfortunately, some establishments misuse massage as a front for sexual services or trafficking.

Under the State Medical Board of Ohio/Ohio Massage Therapy Board rules, licensed massage therapists are required to maintain strict professional boundaries at all times.

Any sexual comments, jokes, implications, or remarks about a therapist’s physical appearance—whether in person or in pre-appointment communication—are considered unprofessional conduct and may place a therapist’s license, livelihood, and personal safety at risk. For this reason, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any sexualized communication.

Please communicate with the same level of professionalism you would extend to a doctor, nurse, dentist, chiropractor, or physical therapist. Messages that do not align with these standards will result in refusal of service.

Intra-oral massage is a specialized form of massage therapy that focuses on the muscles and tissues inside the mouth.

It can be highly effective for individuals experiencing Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) pain or dysfunction, which is characterized by pain and discomfort in the jaw joint and surrounding muscles.

*A prescription from your dentist or doctor is required and it MUST SAY INTRA-ORAL MASSAGE PER OHIO STATE MEDICAL BOARD.

Sessions longer than 30 minutes will include additional bodywork.
