We are homebirth midwife partners in KC, Let's stay home. We became midwives out of our passion to see women empowered, emboldened, supported and encouraged.

Our job is as a guardian, standing in the gateway. Watchful and present, with gentle direction and helping women dig deep. I believe in keeping normal birth normal.

Sarah, a physical therapist, RYC Method Trained provider, and mother of five, developed a passion for serving postpartum women when walking through her own rehab journey after having several children. Using Pilates as the foundation and physical therapy as the lens, Sarah has developed a program for women to feel stronger and more connected to their bodies after birth. Along with Jennifer Lawrence, she has created a supportive community of safety and encouragement at Eden Studio and Therapy, where they host both prenatal and postnatal courses. Come join Sarah to learn more about postpartum recovery and how to approach this special season of life in a way that honors and nourishes your body.

Alexis Atwell is a functional massage therapist at Salve Bodywork+ Massage who is passionate about facilitating healing and improving her clients daily lives. She is a momma to 2 boys, her life is very full, but in the busyness she finds solace in bringing wholeness to others. We as mommas have a lot on our plate and prioritizing ourselves can be at the bottom of the list.

A simple evening planned with all the girly slumber party vibes. We will be hands on learning Gua Sha and Facial Cupping techniques, which improves blood flow, mood, health by way of clearing lymph passages improving immune fighting ability, collagen production, and beauty/ brightening appearance. Bring your own tools if you have them, or we will provide them! Space is limited to 16 people that don’t have their own tools. We will have popcorn, wine, mocktails, and chocolate. Ultimate momma spa night! Not to be live-streamed ;)
