This gentle, beginner-friendly yoga class focuses on linking breath with simple, mindful movement. You’ll learn foundational techniques that support mobility, reduce stress, and build awareness in the body.
Perfect if you’re new to yoga or simply looking for a space to slow down, reset, and reconnect with your breath.
✨ Breath practices included:
• Diaphragmatic Breathing – belly breathing that activates the parasympathetic nervous system to calm the mind, slow the heart rate, and reduce stress.
• Foundational Breath – a three-part breath expanding the belly, chest, and upper lungs to increase lung capacity and deepen awareness of the breath.
• Dynamic Breath – an energizing breath practice inspired by the Wim Hof method that helps boost energy, support immunity, and increase oxygen flow.
