One of my favorite additions to the studio 🤍

All chakra paintings are now hung—each one lovingly created by my daughter.

They bring such a beautiful energy into the space, representing balance, connection, and alignment from root to crown.

Meet us on the mat and begin your journey with this 4-week Intro to Yoga Series, thoughtfully designed for those new to yoga or returning to their practice. This series weaves together mindful movement, intentional breathing, and guided mindfulness and meditation to support both body and mind.

Each class will focus on foundational poses, gentle flows, and the effective use of props, while also introducing simple meditation and awareness practices to help you slow down, tune in, and build presence on and off the mat.

You’ll be guided with clear instructions and accessible modifications in a supportive environment, allowing you to safely develop strength, flexibility, and a deeper connection to yourself.

No prior experience necessary—come as you are and take the first step toward a more balanced, centered, and mindful you.

Slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body.

This gentle, beginner-friendly yoga class focuses on linking breath with simple, mindful movement. You’ll learn foundational techniques that support mobility, reduce stress, and build awareness in the body.

Perfect if you’re new to yoga or simply looking for a space to slow down, reset, and reconnect with your breath.

✨ Breath practices included:

• Diaphragmatic Breathing – belly breathing that activates the parasympathetic nervous system to calm the mind, slow the heart rate, and reduce stress.

• Foundational Breath – a three-part breath expanding the belly, chest, and upper lungs to increase lung capacity and deepen awareness of the breath.

• Dynamic Breath – an energizing breath practice inspired by the Wim Hof method that helps boost energy, support immunity, and increase oxygen flow.

✨ No experience necessary. All are welcome.

Something special is coming to the yoga studio.

These chakra paintings were created by my daughter , and they’ll soon be hanging in the space. Each one represents an energy center we work with through movement, breath, and awareness.

It feels really meaningful to have her artwork woven into this space of healing and connection.
