⭐Adding extra sessions when it's clinically appropriate is a great opportunity to encourage progress and bump up graduation. Backed by numerous studies, it’s often the case that more frequent sessions of shorter duration is best! 🤓

⭐Ask your therapist about adding additional appointments on to your weekly schedule. Virtual is an option as well! 👩🏻‍💻
