Meet Catera “Cat” Meyers – Manager of the West Wing

Catera “Cat” Meyers is a dedicated and driven leader who consistently follows through on everything she sets out to accomplish. Her commitment to her role and her residents is evident in everything she does, always ensuring they receive the care, dignity, and attention they deserve.

Cat previously served as a manager at Fountain View Coopersville before joining the team at Georgetown and Cambridge. Since transitioning, she has continued to impress with her strong leadership and her ability to quickly recognize and respond to the needs of her residents.

Working closely alongside Kayla, Cat is an essential part of the West Wing team. The two collaborate seamlessly, sharing the same goals and vision for providing the highest level of care. Their teamwork and dedication are what help make the West Wing the best it can be for their residents.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Cat is also preparing to welcome her first baby boy in just a few short months a very exciting time! We are incredibly proud to have Cat as a manager and grateful for the above-and-beyond care she provides every day.

Meet Jayla Gordon – South Wing Resident Care Manager

Jayla Gordon’s journey into leadership is one defined by growth, heart, and true dedication. She began her career with Fountain View Coopersville as a dishwasher, later transitioning into assisting with activities where her passion for residents quickly became clear. After graduating, Jayla explored other career paths, but Fountain View always felt like home and we were thrilled to welcome her back on March 19, 2025 as the Manager of Fountain Views Memory Care Unit.

Since returning, Jayla has continued to grow and now serves as the South Wing Manager in Georgetown and Cambridge. She is deeply involved in the lives of her residents and ensures that no one ever goes without the care they need. Jayla consistently goes above and beyond stepping in without hesitation when needed, even assisting with showers or makeup days to maintain the dignity and well-being of those in her care.

As a leader, Jayla brings a perfect balance of kindness and strength. She leads with a sweet but firm approach, keeping her team supported, accountable, and motivated. Her leadership shines, but what truly sets her apart is her genuine heart for her residents.

Jayla continues to grow every day and doesn’t stop until her residents have everything they need. With her dedication and passion, our goal for Jayla is that one day she becomes an exceptional administrator of her own building and there’s no doubt she’s well on her way.

Meet Tori Wright – Manager of the South Wing

Tori Wright became a Resident Care Manager at Fountain View Coopersville July 25, 2025, and has now transitioned to Georgetown and Cambridge, where she now serves as the Manager of the South Wing. Since stepping into her role, Tori has made an incredible and lasting impact.

Tori has a natural ability to quickly build strong, trusting relationships with her residents and their families, creating a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for everyone. She consistently puts residents first, always willing to make meaningful changes that enhance their quality of care and daily life.

She also maintains an excellent working relationship with hospice staff, helping to ensure compassionate, seamless care for those who need it most.

Kayla Middlestadt is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional with a strong background in memory care and nursing leadership. She began her journey as the Resident Care Manager of the Memory Care Unit at Coopersville Fountain View, where she built a reputation for her commitment to both residents and staff. After furthering her education by completing her CNA, Kayla continued to grow in her career, taking on nursing roles with Medilodge, and later gaining experience in Georgetown and Cambridge.

Now serving as the West Wing Manager, Kayla is known for going above and beyond for her team and the people in her care.
