Health Care Associates (HCA) and Community Care Givers (CCG) has been apart of the heart of Michigan for 40 years. It all began when Mr. Larry Treece opened up his care taking abilities to others in 1980, and the company has grown ever since. The Treece family offers a complete network of home care and related services designed to meet your needs. When someone you love needs help, we provide in home health care solutions to ease your stress. Our services include medical services for fragile children, elderly, dementia patients, closed head and spinal cord injuries and many more. We also have a wheelchair transportation (HCAT) division ready with one way or round trip rides to medical appointments and even family outings. HCAT will even go out of state if that is what you need.

We are here for you in troubling times, and you can rely on us to make your loved one comfortable and as independent as possible.
