And it takes a little bit of effort to implement self care into your routine. That massage hour could be spent doing dishes, folding laundry. But that massage hour also can help reset your nervous system or break the pattern of chronic pain that makes you grumpy. By setting aside time to put your wellness first, you are setting yourself up to be a better version of yourself and thus can show up for fully for those you love
