We know that cracking your back, neck, etc. can be satisfying, but you may be doing more harm than good. 🤯
When "cracking" your own back, you are moving the joints that are already hypermobile/overly flexible, which causes weakness and instability in the joint.
When a chiropractor adjusts your spine, they are only moving the misaligned joints, restoring proper function and strengthening the joint. 💚

What a weekend! Dr.Acton and Brooklyn spent a few days down in Florida for a Chiropractic seminar. We enjoyed the sun and the warmth, but more importantly, we spent time learning and connecting so we can serve you better.

Brooklyn even had the honor of speaking to other world class CA's and did SO great.
