‼️ POWER HAS LEFT THE BUILDING, CLINIC CLOSED WEDNESDAY 11/5/25 ‼️

Due to an event outside of our office, we are currently without power. We are sorry if we haven’t responded to a call or email, but this is to inform everyone that we will be closed the reminder of the day today. Normal clinic hours will resume tomorrow morning, Thursday 11/6, at 8:30am.

We are sorry for any inconvenience, and we look forward to seeing you all again soon!

We had a great time at the Table or Treat Mishawka River Walk 🎃 👻 this weekend! We will be at the South Bend Police Department’s Cops and Goblins Treat Night at Four Winds Field tomorrow night, Tuesday 10/28/25, starting at 5pm until 7:30! Bring your kiddo’s out and come see us!

We will be closed Monday, September 15 for an Uncommon Grit Foundation golf outing for American heroes and 1st responders, and will resume normal clinic hours on Tuesday, September 16 at 2:00pm.

9/11/01

We will never forget. An event that intended to break our spirit and destroy our country, in turn awakened our patriotism and united our people. While men and women ran out of those buildings for their lives, other men and women, sons and daughters ran in to those buildings to help save their lives. That evening while we watched our TV’s, we all sat a little closer to each other. We were shook, but we were not defeated.

We were ignited.

In that time of chaos, we as a country chose to rise to the occasion. Similarly to today, we will always rise to the occasion. What was meant for evil, God uses for good. Over, and over, and over, and over again- God wins. Always. The UNITED States of America wins. UNITED we will always stand; we will always stand up for what we believe in, and we will always rise to the occasion.

In chaos or when tragedy strikes; I pause. I pause & I thank God for what He has given me. Tragedy struck yesterday in the assassination, the cowardly assassination, of the great Charlie Kirk. May God’s peace and love be around his wife, who no longer has her husband & around his young, beautiful children, who no longer have their daddy. I cannot imagine. May angels lead you in, Charlie 🙏🏼

More than just a golf tournament, the Bone Frog Open is about remembrance, patriotism, and community. The goal is to celebrate legacies and raise money to support military, first responders, and their families as a way of doing our part to thank these men and women for being the ones to run toward danger, not away from it.

Join the local community, Navy SEALs, veterans, and other VIPs—including SuperBowl quarterback Jim McMahon 🐻 —for two days of awareness, camaraderie, and fun. Come to campus on Sunday evening for drinks, finger foods, live comedy, engaging speakers, and an auction with one-of-a-kind items. Hear from Medal of Honor Recipient Earl Plumlee, Army Veteran Tony Bell, and Retired U.S. Navy SEAL Darren “McB” McBurnett.

Festivities continue into Monday with a golf outing featuring a Bloody Mary Bar, breakfast, first-class swag, awards, surprises, and more.

Bone Frog Open events are a multi-day experience with great people, delicious food, unique auction items, custom awards, a beautiful golf course, and quality swag. Experience this year’s event and see for yourself what we are all about.
