A great free oppurtunity to learn more about diabetes from the Elkhart County Health Department and Family Resource Center.

Join the Elkhart County Health Department for their Diabetes Classes at the Elkhart County Family Resource Center. There will be 3 different sessions for this on February 3, 2026, March 3, 2026, and April 7, 2026 from 1 - 2 PM. The first session will go over the basics of diabetes, the second session will go over nutrition, and the third session will go over carbohydrates.

Everyone is welcome to attend and it is encouraged to attend all 3 sessions.

Location: 500 N Nappanee St, Suite 4A, Elkhart, IN 46514.

Generic pharmacy test strips are a great option for people without insurance. Each store has their own brand, so once you buy a meter, keep going to that store as they are not interchangable. As always, if you'd like to pick up some alcohol pads, give us a call. Let us know if you have questions!

The WNDU I-Team has spotted multiple road signs in South Bend, Mishawaka and Warsaw saying they buy or sell diabetic supplies.
