Reminder: In 2022, SJ Co experienced 10 veterans who died by su***de. This event, with MBBQ providing the lunch at VFW 360 on April 6, 1 pm, will provide national - local information regarding su***de prevention training for veterans, spouses, and adult family members in an effort to better inform and educate members in our community. Hope to see you there. If coming, let me know klaudeman@uhs-in.org so I can prepare a certificate for you. I will be the instructor. Kent Laudeman, instructor.

The Diabetes Resource Center is a local program for over 70 years in north central Indiana and almost 60 years of that was here at United Health Services.

Each year a golf outing supports the program and clients who depend on the case management, medication samples and education at the DRC. Its called the Bad Pants Open.

Sponsorships start at $200 and it is the least expensive golf outing at South Bend Country Club. So if your company makes donations and/or you or your managment love laid back outings on a beautiful course, check out our website below. You can guaruntee them it is for a GREAT cause and touches hundreds of people.

Our Breast Health Programs At United Health Services is honored to be a partner with Indiana Breast Cancer Awareness Trust or IBCAT, again in 2025. With these funds we can enroll women who do not qualify for our Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCP) to get them screening and diagnostic services they could otherwise not afford.

Donate to IBCAT Your donation helps provide uninsured and under-insured Hoosiers with free breast cancer screening, diagnostic and support services.
