Tomorrow is the day in our community! Back to school, summer is officially over. 😭

While we are so sad that summer is coming to an end, the summer bucket list is checked off, the water parks have gone to, the big slide at the fair has been gone down, and the s'mores have been ate. 😍

As we continue to talk about all things pregnancy, we wanted to give you an article that really hits home for women, that sometimes doesn't get talked about.

Dr. Allie Wright with PWC and was on Dr. Tony's staff, really nails this one in the head. Postpartum is the longest part of your pregnancy journey, so making sure your nervous system is functioning optimally is so crucial for this time period.

wrapping Destany up in all the hugs over the next week as her last day is next Thursday. 😭

We are so sad she is leaving, but looking forward to her future. We are so thankful she allowed us to be apart of her journey and we are going to miss her so much.
