Our residents and staff enjoyed a wonderful celebration filled with delicious carrot cake, refreshing punch, and a special visit from the Easter Bunny! It was a day full of smiles, laughter, and sweet moments shared together.

A great day for an adventure! 🚐 Our residents visited the historical center and enjoyed seeing artifacts, learning new things, and spending time together outside the facility. Shoutout to Jason, Lindsay, Lisa, and Xavier for helping create such a fun day!

We are so grateful for the wonderful ladies from Presbyterian Church in Grimes who visit us each month! 💕

They generously provide birthday cakes and create handmade birthday cards for our residents, making each celebration extra special. Not only that, but they take the time to visit and connect with everyone, bringing joy and warmth to our community.

Thank you for your continued kindness and dedication—you truly make a difference in the lives of our residents! 🎂

We had a visit from Alyssa, a student at Mercy School of Nursing, who will soon be graduating as an RN! 🎓

Alyssa stopped by to spend some time socializing with our residents and even brought thoughtful gifts to share. Her kindness and compassion truly brightened everyone’s day.

Everyone had a great time decorating and adding their own special touch to their Easter creations. Activities like this bring smiles, laughter, and lots of colorful holiday spirit to our day.

🍀 St. Patrick’s Day Celebration at Granger Nursing Home! 🍀

Residents and staff celebrated St. Patrick’s Day by wearing green and enjoying some delicious ice cream together. It was a sweet way to add a little extra fun and Irish spirit to the day!

Lots of smiles, laughter, and festive green made it a wonderful celebration for our Granger family. 💚🍦

Celebrating Chinese New Year at Granger! 🐉

Residents enjoyed trying some Chinese cuisine and learning about the traditions of the holiday. It was a fun way to experience another culture and share something new together. 🥢

Sweet competition at Granger Nursing Home! 🍪

Residents and staff took on a Girl Scout Cookie Challenge to see which cookie would come out on top. After plenty of taste testing and fun debate, Caramel Delights claimed the #1 spot, with Thin Mints coming in a close second!

Some of our Granger Nursing & Rehab residents enjoyed a wonderful outing to the beautiful Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden!

From vibrant blooms to peaceful walking paths, the day was filled with fresh air, colorful scenery, and lots of smiles. Getting out into the community and experiencing nature together makes for such special memories. 🌸🌿

Our Valentine’s Party was full of sweet treats, great company, and plenty of heart-filled fun. Residents enjoyed celebrating together, sharing laughs, and maybe even a little dancing!

Nothing warms the heart more than seeing these smiles. ❤️
