Early intervention can make a world of difference in a child’s growth and development!

This brave 2-year-old just received her expander—an important step to help guide her airway, jaw and teeth as she grows. While not every child is ready for treatment this young, starting expansion early (when appropriate) can create more space for teeth, support healthy breathing, and reduce the need for more extensive treatment later. We’re so proud of her courage and excited to see her progress!

Happy National Dog Day! 🐾 Meet Gus, our beloved ‘unofficial office dog.’ Thanks to his dad, Dr. Cantieri, we’re lucky to have him join us a couple days a week—whether he’s sitting in on meetings, helping out at morning huddle, greeting kids in the hallway, or spreading smiles wherever he goes. We think every workplace could use a Gus!

We use our posture grid to check how nasal breathing, airway health, and facial growth are impacting posture. Forward head posture can throw off the whole body’s alignment, so tracking changes over time is an important part of our comprehensive exams and treatment milestones.

From powerhouse speakers like Robert Lustig, MD (author of Metabolical), Candy Sparks (author of Mom, Save My Brain), to leading voices in airway-focused orthodontics like Dr. Marianna Evans and Dr. Kevin Boyd, the event was packed with knowledge, passion, and purpose.

The mission? Empower dentists nationwide to recognize airway issues early and educate parents on the critical role of breathing and development in children’s overall health.
