Hmm, last day in July, so here is a wee quilt of mine that I quilted for Christmas in July. Yup, it's another 3 yard quilt. I pieced it sometime in January or February (of course after Christmas😣) and put it in the closet for later longarming. Then the "new knee journey" happened. Months later, and do you think I can find the fabric I set aside for the binding? Dude I live with thinks the "explosion" look in my sewing room is from me searching for the binding fabric. Nope, it looked like that waaaay before my surgery..... Anyways, think I found a substitute that will work. Yeah, I know. I'll find the attended fabric shortly after my last stitch attaching the binding. 😕

Another 3 yard project quilted. I pieced this little baby 🐤 cutie last spring and finally managed to get it quilted during my knee replacement rehab before I went back to work. I thought the chicken wire quilting motive was perfect...wouldn't want my sweet little chicks to run amok and get lost. 😊

I'm a couple of months post second total knee replacement. Fortunately, I got no more knees to go through that ordeal. 😁 Anyway, I did the longarming on this little quilt a few weeks ago in preparation for returning to longarm quilting work mode. Took me three days to complete as I built my stamina up. Fortunately, the next one only took a day (will show it in another post), and now easing myself back into work. 😊

Sometimes you want coordinating pillows to match the quilt displayed on your sofa, but just don't have the time to piece a pillow top. Solid fabric and up sizing the quilting design used on the quilt to fit the pillow dimensions....quick and easy finish. 😊

Christmas quilt for my bed complete with coordinating pillowcases, throw pillow and runner for cedar chest at foot of bed. And of course, needed a little tree to finish the festive feel. 🎄

I've made it my goal to make a king size quilt for each season for my bed. Finished the fall one a month ago. Now that Thanksgiving weekend is over, time to change out the fall decor for Christmas and winter. Of course, the Christmas quilt isn't done, but it is on the longarm.....🍁 to 🎄
