When I envisioned this space it was also so much more then just a workshop/shop. It’s also a space for gatherings and I will now be moving my healing practice from to in Cameron Park.

I’ll be offering healings in the main area under the skylight ✨ Although it has a very different feel then Remedy Studio (which I have loved!) it is still full of magic.

I will also be able to custom blend any mists, soaks and oils custom to you after or before your healings 🤍✨

𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘷𝘪𝘣𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯?

Vibrational sound massage is a deeply powerful yet peaceful and calming way of healing.

We begin each session by discussing how you’re feeling mentally, physically and emotionally. Together we can set a specific intention of what we’ll work on during the session. Often times if there’s nothing specific we’ll work on grounding or balancing your energy.

Once lying down I cleanse your energy field with Palo santo and high vibrations of bells. Afterwards I’ll apply essential oils with some hands on touch to your head, shoulders, neck and legs to calm the body and mind.

Before I begin to play the bowls on your body I’ll guide you through some gentle breathing and guided imagery to calm the nervous system.

The rest of the session is spent playing large vibrational Tibetan Singing Bowls on and around the body.

Through the frequencies and chakra toned vibrations we’ll be healing the body on the physical, emotional, mental, energetic and aura levels all while you come in and out of states of sleep. Removing negative energy, slowly activating stagnant energy and retraining the neuro pathways.

Please arrive in loose comfortable clothing and allow an additional 10 minutes for your first session.

Crystal Reiki healing blends together the healing power of Reiki and the natural healing abilities of crystals and minerals. Crystal Reiki Healing balances Chakras, Aura, Mental & Emotional bodies, transmutes anger, fear, sadness, guilt, shame and much more. During these sessions healing crystals are laid out in a grid formation around and on the body in addition to hands on reiki healing.

𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝑰 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒂 𝑹𝒆𝒊𝒌𝒊 𝒔𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏?

During our time together, I will work on the whole body using both hands-on and hands-off techniques, specifically focusing on the body’s energy meridians. It’s a subtle and non-invasive form of healing.

Each session is unique and clients can experience anything from:

-Enhanced relaxation
-Release from physical tension/pain
-Emotional releases
-Release from symptoms of anxiety and depression
-Spiritual development
-Feeling re-energised or re-charged

I leave time at the end of each treatment for clients who wish to discuss anything they experience during their treatment and I may offer insights into this where possible.

I offer both 30 & 60 minute Reiki Healing sessions as well as Crystal Reiki sessions. Openings available for July 🤍🙏🏻✨

Knowing when to do less and step away is challenging but necessary 🤍

In this last month of transitioning to very part time I’ve been able to reconnect with life again. Spend more time with my babies, reconnect with friendship, laugh more and tend to my soul. I was able to realign with why I’m here and what I’m here to do.

It’s been so wonderful and I can not wait to see you all in the studio this coming Sunday and Sunday the 27th with a rested soul and an open heart 🤍🙏🏻
