Waves in Motion was born from lived experience.

For years, I lived inside a nervous system that could shift without warning — waves of pain, neurologic overload, muscle tension, sensory sensitivity, and exhaustion. I learned firsthand that the body can appear functional externally while internally operating far beyond threshold.

That experience changed the direction of my life.

I became deeply immersed in studying epigenetics, cellular communication, nervous system regulation, energetic coherence, frequency, and the relationship between stress, environment, and the human body. I wasn’t simply searching for information — I was searching for understanding.

What transformed me most profoundly were the moments where sound, stillness, pacing, and nervous-system safety created measurable shifts within me. Those experiences led me into the study and practice of Biofield Tuning, Reiki, meditation, sound therapy, chromotherapy, and vibrational healing modalities.

Over time, I realized something powerful:

When the nervous system feels safe, the body often remembers how to heal.

Today, Waves in Motion exists as a bridge between science and soul — blending sound, frequency, meditation, energy work, and nervous-system support into experiences designed to help individuals reconnect with themselves in a world that constantly pulls them out of coherence.

This work was never born from perfection.

It was born from learning how to move with the waves.
