Real results. Real healing. Real stories.

One of the greatest privileges is being trusted with a patient’s journey, from the earliest post-op moments to the confidence that follows weeks later. This patient allowed us to share both her vulnerability and her progress, and we’re truly grateful for that trust.

You may remember her at 1 day post-op (early swelling, healing just beginning) Now at 7 weeks post-op, you can already see a beautiful transformation taking shape. Her contours are more refined, her expression refreshed, and her confidence shining through.

It’s important to remember that healing is a process. At this stage, some swelling is still completely normal, and we anticipate her results continuing to improve, with swelling largely resolved around the 4-month mark.

Procedures performed:
Deep Plane Face & Neck Lift + Endoscopic Brow Lift

If you’ve been considering facial rejuvenation and want to better understand the process, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Face & Neck Lift with Facial Fat Grafting Transformation 💫

For this patient, the goal was to create a smoother, more defined jawline and a naturally refreshed neck contour, while preserving everything that makes her features her own.

Along with her face & neck lift, we incorporated facial fat grafting to restore soft, natural volume. This helps support the face from within, creating a more balanced, rejuvenated appearance.

If you’ve been curious about what a face & neck lift (with or without fat grafting) could look like for you, contact us to schedule your consultation!

Some people think a facelift fixes the entire face, but to restore the entire face we combine other procedures.

Our facelift is designed to address the lower face and neck, typically from the temples down, repositioning deeper tissues to restore definition along the jawline and smooth laxity. It creates a strong, youthful foundation, but it doesn’t treat everything above it.

That’s why many patients choose to combine procedures for a more balanced, natural result. Enhancements like a brow lift to elevate the upper face, eyelid surgery to refresh tired eyes, fat grafting to restore volume, CO2 laser for skin quality, or even rhinoplasty for overall harmony can all complement a facelift beautifully.

Every plan we create is intentional. The combination of procedures depends on your goals, anatomy, and most importantly, what can be done safely within an appropriate surgical timeframe.

Male facial rejuvenation requires a different approach.

We approach the male facelift with a focus on structure, definition, and preservation of masculine features. Male anatomy is fundamentally different, with denser skin, stronger bone structure, and distinct facial contours.

These cases highlight how we tailor each procedure to the individual, utilizing techniques such as:
• Face & neck lift
• Brow lift and eyelid surgery when indicated
• Skin resurfacing for overall refinement

The result is not about changing how someone looks, it’s about restoring definition, improving contour, and creating a refreshed, confident appearance that still looks like them.
If you’ve started to notice loss of definition in the jawline or laxity in the neck, we’re here to guide you through your options with a personalized approach.

4 months post-op and continuing to refine beautifully!

This patient underwent a deep plane face & neck lift, upper blepharoplasty, and facial fat grafting and her results are continuing to improve with time.

From her on-the-table results, to 8 weeks post-op, and now at 4 months, we’re seeing:
✨ A more defined, sculpted jawline
✨ Smooth resolution of the loose tissue previously present in the neck
✨ A refreshed, natural appearance that continues to soften and settle

One of the most important things we share with patients is that healing is a process and results continue to evolve well beyond the early stages. We’re so happy to see her looking and feeling incredible, and we couldn’t be more pleased with her smooth recovery and beautiful outcome.

If you’re considering facial rejuvenation, we’d love to guide you through the process.

A refreshed, more rested look without changing what makes her, her.

This patient underwent an upper blepharoplasty, lower transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty, and facial fat grafting to the cheeks, nasolabial folds, and a small amount to the lips.

By addressing the eyelids and restoring volume in the midface, we’re able to create a smoother, more supported transition from the eyes to the cheeks resulting in a softer, more refreshed appearance.

The lower eyelids were treated without an external incision, and fat grafting helps bring back natural volume while improving overall balance.

If you’ve been noticing these changes, a consultation is the best place to start. ✨

Male facial rejuvenation to restore structure and create a more rested, confident appearance while maintaining his natural features.

His surgical plan included a face and neck lift to address laxity along the jawline and neck, paired with an endoscopic brow lift to elevate and reposition the brow. To further refresh the eye area, we performed upper and lower blepharoplasty to remove excess skin and smooth the under-eye contour.

To complement the structural improvements, CO₂ laser resurfacing was performed to improve skin texture and tone, helping the skin appear smoother and more refined.

This is a great example of how combining procedures can address multiple aspects of facial aging for a comprehensive transformation.

Things it’s OK to say to your plastic surgeon 👇

Your consultation should be a conversation, not something you feel nervous about. Here are a few things we encourage patients to ask or share:

1. “I’m nervous.” - Totally normal. Surgery is a big decision, and we’re here to make sure you feel informed and comfortable.
2. “Can you explain that again?” - We want you to fully understand your procedure, recovery, and results.
3. “I don’t want to look overdone.” - Natural, balanced results are always the goal.
4. “What would you recommend if I were your family member?” - Patients often ask this and we are always honest about what will achieve the best outcome.
5. “What does recovery really look like?” - Understanding downtime, swelling, and healing is an important part of planning your surgery.
6. “Can you show me examples of results similar?” - Looking at before and after photos helps set realistic expectations.
7. “What are the risks?” - Open conversations about potential risks help you make informed decisions.

Your consultation is a safe space to ask questions, learn, and make the decision that’s right for you.

8 weeks after a Deep Plane Face & Neck Lift! ✨

In this video, we walk you through this patient’s early result and share what makes the deep plane facelift technique unique. By lifting the face as a composite layer beneath the SMAS, the cheeks, jawline, and neck can be repositioned more naturally while minimizing tension on the skin.

You can already appreciate the improvement in her midface support, jawline definition, and neck contour with continued softening and refinement expected as healing progresses.

One of the most valuable parts of this visit is hearing directly from the patient about her healing journey and what the recovery experience was like in those first few weeks after surgery.

Every patient heals differently, but seeing real results and real experiences can help others better understand what the process truly looks like.

Entire procedure was a Deep Plane Face & Neck Lift, Upper Blepharoplasty & Facial Fat Grafting.

This patient started noticing the changes so many patients describe first; softening along the jawline, early jowling, and laxity in the neck. For her, the goal was to just restore her tissues to their natural position before the early aging process started.

She underwent a deep plane face & neck lift combined with an endoscopic brow lift to reposition the underlying support layers of the face rather than simply tightening skin. This allows the cheeks, jawline, and neck to be lifted in a more anatomical way and the brow to be elevated for a brighter, rested appearance (also helps with any laxity in the upper eyelids!)

This is just 1 day post-op. Swelling is still very present and the tissues are early in healing, but you can already appreciate the improved contour through the jawline and neck. Results will continue to refine over the coming weeks as swelling resolves and the tissues settle into their final position, this is just the beginning of her transformation.

A recessed chin can soften the jawline, shorten the lower face, and make the profile appear less defined even when everything else is proportionate. By placing a medium silicone chin implant, we were able to bring the chin forward, sharpen the jawline, and improve overall facial harmony.

Chin augmentation is a permanent solution that restores proportion to the lower third of the face and often enhances the appearance of the neck and profile at the same time. Many patients are surprised how much definition it creates without needing fillers or repeated treatments.

If you’ve ever felt like your profile looks “soft” in photos or your jawline disappears from the side view, the chin may be the missing piece. Have questions? Drop them below or send us a message!
